Inclusion Policy for Wonderific Parties

Wonderific Staff have recently completed online training with the Autism Friendly Charter.

They are an initiative of autism SA and they offer training and supporting resources to support businesses, organisations, agencies and departments to understand autism and build confidence in better support inclusion and accessibility for the autistic community.

At Wonderific Parties, we are dedicated to ensuring that every child feels supported and included during their party experience. We understand that our disco environment, with its loud music and flashing lights, may not be suitable for all children, particularly those with sensory sensitivities.

To accommodate these needs, we encourage parents to bring any necessary accommodative devices, such as earphones, sunglasses, sensory/fidget toys. If you forget to bring these items, we provide ear muffs and sunglasses that can be borrowed during the event.

For children who may feel overwhelmed by the disco atmosphere, we offer a calming space in our front room where they can take a break. Please note this area requires parental supervision to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

We invite parents to inform us of any specific sensitivities or requirements for their children before the party begins. This information allows us to tailor our services to better support every child.  We will do what we can to be as accommodative as possible.  

Please be mindful that we are a small business and on some occasions we may not be able to provide all accommodations.
